Our approach.
-
Systems first
Good intentions fade; good systems don't. We build the structure that keeps an organization running steadily, day to day.
-
Built to last
The goal isn't a quick fix. It's growth your organization can sustain, and keep sustaining, once the engagement ends.
-
Alongside you
This is collaborative work. We embed with your team, share the reasoning, and make sure the systems make sense to the people who run them.
What guides the work.
-
Collaboration
The power of working together to drive innovation, spark creativity, and reach better outcomes.
-
Integrity
Honesty, transparency, and ethical standards in every interaction and decision.
-
Excellence
A commitment to doing great work, improving continually, and exceeding expectations.
-
Empowerment
Giving organizations the support, guidance, and resources they need to thrive on their own.
-
Community
A dedication to making a positive impact on the communities we live and work in.
Land Acknowledgement
In the spirit of respect and reciprocity, we acknowledge that Cascade Collaborative primarily operates on traditional Treaty 7 territory, encompassing the ancestral lands of the Niitsitapi from the Blackfoot Confederacy, including the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani First Nations. These lands have been historically significant to the Îyârhe Nakoda of the Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Wesley First Nations, as well as the Tsuut'ina First Nation, and the Métis Nation of Alberta.
We recognize the enduring presence of Indigenous peoples on this land and express our gratitude for the opportunity to live, work, and collaborate on this territory.
